三十岁北漂多年的叶清，曾因父母的不支持放弃了跳舞。如今在服装租赁公司做着小职员，却受到公司老板的骚扰，并在最脆弱的时候未婚夫弃她而去。 陷入人生低谷的叶清无意间看到舞团招募学员，犹豫再三决定抛开一切追求舞蹈梦想。在舞团叶清误打误撞结识了年轻的舞蹈老师梁磊，梁磊对叶清充满好奇并一见钟情。在梁磊的帮助下叶清进步很快，也慢慢产生了感情。但梁磊昔日舞伴于晓月的出现打破了宁静。为了得到梁磊，于晓月提出与叶清在舞蹈比赛中一较高，并使出一系列手段污蔑叶清。在一次意外中，于晓月被叶清救下后终于醒悟。最终于晓月获得冠军，同时坦诚了自己的错误。而叶清和梁磊也确认了彼此的心意，走到了一起。。A group of students who are participating in a university's summer science camp are drawn into an incredible quagmire of conflicts, ranging from the relatively simple conflict between an engaging and forthright young teacher and his older manipulative colleague, to a contest pitting political correctness against free scientific inquiry.
