A group of colleagues crash land on a mysterious island that they cannot escape. They discover they are not alone when they encounter an array of blood thirsty creatures and dinosaurs out to get them. Will they survive the island?。在圣诞夜，十个素不相识的人坐在同一辆巴士前往德克萨斯州。在路上一个偏僻的地方，巴士与一位骑摩托车的瘾君子相撞，然后发生了冲突。这个瘾君子的黑帮同伙对所有乘客开始使用武力，乘客们只好跑到一个被遗弃的院落中避难。他们临时准备好武器来对付这群丧心病狂之徒，但随着伤亡人数的增加，他们意识到要生存只能去做最不可能的事情——向歹徒发起进攻。。
