剧情描述北加州一群非法栽种大麻的商人，为了增加大麻生长的速度，因而使用类固醇，没想到类固醇被虱子吸收后，竟然产生巨大的基因突变。间接地也使得这些被大虱子咬到的生物，都会因其毒液发作而产生幻觉。此时，一个专门带领孩子接近大自然的夏令营，在不知情之下，正前往此地进行户外活动，直到孩子一个接一个被恶毒的虱子咬伤之后，他们才发现事情的严重性……。本剧讲述了坐落在歌舞伎町小巷里的圣真心医院，因为当地的关系，来急诊的患者大多是贫困的流浪者、外国人、牛郎、色情业小姐等，与一般医院不同，有着特殊背景的患者。就在这时，美国国籍的原军医——神秘女性，阳子·西·Freeman（小池荣子饰）突然降临。然后，在年老的叔父的医院工作的美容皮肤科医生高峰享（仲野太贺饰）遇到了她，齿轮开始转动。。The Once-Lers are told by the owner that they can sit on the wagon and that it had better not move.
